Delivery

Photo-posters will only be delivered by post to the address you declare; the picture files in 3072x2048 or 768x512 pixel format can be sent by post or e-mail. The majority of the deliveries are carried out by the Deutsche Post AG (German Post).

Packaging

Smaller photo-posters (10x15 cm, 20x30 cm) are sent flat between cardboard covers. Larger posters (30x45cm) are rolled up and sent in a cardboard tube. Cardboard and envelopes can be ecologically disposed of.

Delivery Schedule

Picture files via e-mail are sent as a rule within one workday. We endeavour to have posters ready for delivery within two days. Within Germany one must calculate a further one to three workdays for delivery through the firm we choose so that altogether 3-5 days must be allowed. Deliveries outside Germany will take longer.

Postage (in Euro) for posters

The above prices hold for a single poster. If you order posters of different sizes, then the postage costs that for a large poster. We retain the right to deliver your order for several articles by more than one post at the same cost.

The delivery of picture files by e-mail is free of charge.

Customs duties

You as the customer are liable for whatever customs duties or import tax your country imposes, and as importer are obliged to respect your country's regulations.

Damage during transport

We check and pack all articles carefully for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the wares immediately on delivery. Obvious damage should be reported in writing to the delivery service/firm and confirmed.
